DR.NIEDERMAIER Detox Pure is a Class IIb natural medicinal product that acts as a cation‑exchange in the gastrointestinal tract, selectively binding heavy metals and ammonium. It is based on 100 % PMA‑zeolite, a specially optimised natural zeolite. The formulation is intended to support a compromised gut barrier function, commonly referred to as leaky gut. Recommended intake is two to three times daily, each time a levelled spoonful mixed into at least 100 ml of water, for a minimum of twelve weeks. Safety advice includes avoiding use in children, pregnant or nursing women and being aware of possible occasional constipation. Store the product protected from moisture, below 40 °C and out of direct sunlight.
