Recommended as an element supporting therapy with external preparations. It is recommended for people with dry, flaky, calloused and cracked skin. Recommended, among others for people with psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, eczema, skin problems resulting from UVA, UVB, PUVA radiation or taking medications. It is an effective, oral, natural preparation based on concentrated mare's milk, which supports the process of creating healthy, well-moisturized and elastic skin. When taken regularly, it improves skin hydration, acting "from the inside" on all its layers. The preparation was awarded 3rd place in the NUTRIKOSMETYK 2011 competition. Clinical efficacy and tolerance studies were conducted.

Based on the observation results, it was found that PROSKIN LF can be part of the complementary therapy in the above-mentioned groups of patients. Particularly noteworthy is the very good tolerance of the preparation. No side effects were reported in any of the patients.
Mare's milk, which is the main ingredient of the preparation, is the closest in composition to human milk. It is a natural product with unique nutritional values, thanks to a large amount of bioactive ingredients such as: unsaturated fatty acids, numerous enzymes, vitamins, oligosaccharides, hormones and growth factors, lactoferrin, carnitine and others.
Dosage:
The preparation contains a high dose of concentrated mare's milk, therefore it is enough to take 1 to 2 capsules once a day, preferably on an empty stomach with a glass of water. For people weighing more than 60 kg, 2 capsules a day are recommended.
It can be given to children over 1 year of age, usually 1 capsule a day.
It is very important to take the preparation regularly, because the first effects are visible only after 2-3 weeks of use, and the optimal effect is achieved after 3 months.
