1. WHAT IS BORAX D12 AND WHAT IS IT USED FOR?

Borax D12 is a homeopathic medicine. It is a registered homeopathic medicine and therefore does not specify a therapeutic indication.

2. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE USING BORAX D12?

Borax D12 must not be used if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to wheat starch or any of the other ingredients of Borax D12.

Special care should be taken when using Borax D12:
If symptoms persist, are unclear, or new symptoms occur, you should seek medical advice.

When using Borax D12 with other medicines:
Please inform your doctor or pharmacist if you are using or have recently used any other medicines, including those obtained without a prescription. No interactions with other medicines are currently known.

When using Borax D12 with food and drink:
The effect of a homeopathic medicine can be adversely affected by generally harmful lifestyle factors and by stimulants and other substances of abuse.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding:
Consult your doctor before using any medicine.

Driving and operating machinery:
No special precautions are necessary.

Important information about certain other ingredients of Borax D12:
This medicine contains lactose (milk sugar). Therefore, please only take it after consulting your doctor if you know that you suffer from an intolerance to certain sugars. Wheat starch may contain small amounts of gluten, which are considered tolerable even for patients suffering from celiac disease.

3. HOW TO USE BORAX D12:

Frequent use for more than one week should only be undertaken after consulting a therapist experienced in homeopathy. Reduce the frequency of intake as symptoms improve. Even homeopathic medicines should not be used for extended periods without medical advice.

If you have used more Borax D12 than you should:
No harmful effects from overdoses are currently known. If you have significantly overdosed on this medicine, you should consult a doctor.

If you forget to use Borax D12:
Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed dose.

If you stop using Borax D12:
No harmful effects are expected if you stop using Borax D12.

General information:

4. POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS:

Like all medicines, Borax D12 can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. Wheat starch may cause hypersensitivity reactions. Note: When using a homeopathic medicine, existing symptoms may temporarily worsen (initial aggravation). In this case, you should stop taking the medicine and consult your doctor.

5. HOW SHOULD BORAX D12 BE STORED?

No special storage conditions are required for this medicinal product. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Do not use this medicine after the expiry date which is stated on the container and outer packaging.

What Borax D12 contains:
The active ingredient is: Borax Trit. D12 250 mg in 1 tablet. The other ingredients are: Magnesium stearate (Ph.Eur.), wheat starch.

What Borax D12 looks like and contents of the pack:
Borax D12 is a tablet for oral use. Pack sizes of 80 and 200 tablets.
