Recommended intake

One scoop (11 g) once daily. Ideally, take with a meal and 250 ml of still, lukewarm water. The heat-resistant powder is suitable for cooking and baking and can be easily stirred into any beverage (e.g., juice, protein shake) or food (e.g., fruit yogurt). One scoop is included in the container.
