Cidegol® C is a ready-to-use mouthwash solution with the active ingredient chlorhexidine. It is used when normal oral hygiene cannot be guaranteed or is limited.

The active ingredient chlorhexidine has an excellent antimicrobial effect and is used in particular in chemical plaque inhibition.
Due to these properties, Cidegol® C is also used by dentists and dental clinics.

For temporary reduction in the number of germs in the mouth. As a temporary supportive therapy for mechanical cleaning in the case of bacterial inflammation of the gums and oral mucosa and after periodontal surgery. With limited oral hygiene ability;
Warnings: This medicinal product contains amaranth and ponceau 4R which may cause an allergic-type reaction in people who are particularly sensitive to this substance. Contains 24% alcohol by volume.

Dosage form: ready-to-use mouthwash solution

Dosage Chlorhexidine mouthwash, chlorhexidine gluconate, CIDEGOL C solution: Unless otherwise prescribed, the oral cavity is rinsed with a tablespoon of Cidegol® C (undiluted) for one minute three times a day after meals and after brushing your teeth.
It should not be rinsed with water and the solution should not be swallowed.
