Cetaphil Sun Daylong SPF 50+ Sensitive Gel Cream is a particularly well-tolerated sunscreen for extremely sun-sensitive skin on the body. This sunscreen is especially suitable for those with sun allergies, Mallorca acne, and blemish-prone skin. With SPF 50+, this sunscreen also protects in situations with extreme UV exposure, such as in the mountains or the tropics. The light gel cream is oil- and emulsifier-free, absorbs quickly, is non-sticky, and leaves a pleasant feeling on the skin. The sun gel is sweat-resistant and extra water-resistant in both fresh and salt water and contains no perfumes.

Sunscreen with SPF 50+: Who is Cetaphil® Sun Daylong™ Sensitive Gel-Cream suitable for ^? This
sunscreen gel was specially developed for users with extremely sun-sensitive skin, such as those suffering from Mallorca acne, blemish-prone, or oily skin. These forms of sun-sensitive skin often manifest on the décolleté, shoulders, or neck.

With SPF 50+, the sunscreen also helps in situations with extreme UV radiation. Photostable UV filters offer highly effective and immediate UVA and UVB protection, effective cell protection² ^, and help prevent sun-induced skin ^aging² .

Instructions for product use:
Sunscreens, such as the Cetaphil Sun Daylong SPF 50+ Sensitive Gel-Cream, can offer very high sun protection when used correctly.

Make sure to apply the sunscreen generously about 20 minutes before sun exposure and allow it to absorb completely. Reapply several times a day to maintain sun protection. Despite its water resistance, you should reapply sunscreen after swimming, toweling off, or heavy sweating. Avoid intense midday sun and protect your skin with appropriate clothing.

Why Cetaphil® Sun Daylong™ Sensitive Gel-Cream is ^suitable for Mallorca acne:
In Mallorca acne, the characteristic rash usually doesn't result solely from a sensitive skin reaction to sunlight, but rather from the interaction of certain cosmetic ingredients and the sun's UVA radiation. Emulsifiers and a high fat content in cosmetics, combined with high UVA exposure, can lead to itchy rashes. Therefore, unsuitable sunscreens often exacerbate the typical rashes and do not help the skin.

For this reason, we do not add fats or emulsifiers to any of our Cetaphil Sun Daylong Sensitive Gels.
