The vitamin C contained in this product is present as magnesium ascorbate, a particularly stomach-friendly and well-tolerated form of vitamin C. The combination with magnesium neutralizes the vitamin's natural acidity.

Recommended intake:
1 capsule once daily. Ideally, take at least 30 minutes before or 90 minutes after a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water or, alternatively, with half a freshly squeezed lemon.

Magnesium ascorbate, coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC).
