Black cumin tea

Pour 1 teaspoon (approx. 2g) of the crushed seeds with 400ml of hot water and let it steep for 10 minutes; strain and drink throughout the day.

Black cumin seed oil with honey (Manuka honey)

Take 1 teaspoon (approx. 2g) of black cumin seed powder together with 1 teaspoon of honey. The honey contains special enzymes that help the body absorb the active ingredients of the black cumin.

Recommended intake: 2 x 2g (2 tsp) one pack is sufficient for one month.
