The birth oil is ideal as a massage oil during labor. Nourishing oils such as sunflower and sesame oil, as well as jojoba wax, combined with jasmine, clary sage, rose, and ylang-ylang, help the woman in labor process the pain of labor.
 

Application & dosage:
For a soothing birth massage, massage the woman in labor in the lower back, lower abdomen, inner thighs or feet in the rhythm of her breathing and towards the birth exit.
