Maltodextrin, lactose, gelatin (=capsule shell), zinc gluconate (20 mg per capsule), calcium pantothenate (16 mg vitamin B5 per capsule; 3.4 g per 100 g), L-cystine (5 mg per capsule), anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate; biotin (200 micrograms per capsule; 0.042 g per 100 g).

Recommended intake:
One capsule daily.
