• The 4FLEX Active dietary supplement is intended for adults who lead an active lifestyle and want to support their bones, joints and muscles. The preparation complements the daily diet with ingredients such as collagen hydrolysate, L-carnitine and vitamin C.

4FLEX Active Ingredients:

FORTIGEL® collagen hydrolysate, L-carnitine tartrate, maltodextrin, strawberry flavour, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), sweetener: sucralose. Contains sweeteners.

Vitamin C supports the proper production of collagen, which is essential for the proper functioning of bones and cartilage. Collagen, or protein, also supports the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. The preparation is in the form of a powder to dissolve in water, milk or yoghurt.

How to use 4FLEX Active sachets:

Recommended daily dose: one sachet. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of still water, milk or yogurt. Stir the solution vigorously until the powder dissolves. Drink immediately after preparation. The suspension that forms is a natural feature of the product. It is recommended to use the preparation 30 minutes before a planned workout. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. It is recommended to use regularly for at least 3 months.
