• PYRANTELUM Owix Polpharma is an oral preparation with antiparasitic properties. It fights such roundworms as: Ascaris lumbricoides (ascariasis) and Enterobius vermicularis (pinworm).

Pyrantelum OWIX is an antiparasitic medicinal product. It is used to treat pinworm infections in adults and children over 6 years of age. Composition

The active substance is pyrantel (Pyrantelum).
1 tablet contains 250 mg of pyrantel.
Excipients: potato starch, povidone, colloidal anhydrous silica, ethylcellulose, magnesium stearate, orange flavor.

Dosage:

Always use this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. If you have any questions, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
This medicine is for oral use.
Chew or crush the Pyrantelum OWIX tablet thoroughly before swallowing.
Take with water. Take with or after a meal.
Take another dose two or three weeks after the first dose.
Follow-up parasitological tests should be performed 14 days after completing treatment. Pyrantelum OWIX

Pyrantelum OWIX targets the following roundworms:
Enterobius vermicularis,
Ascaris lumbricoides,
Ancylostoma doudenale,
Necator americanus,
Trichostrongylus orientalis, and
Trichostrongylus colubriformis.

Indications:

Enterobiasis in children aged 6 years and older and adults, caused by Enterobius vermicularis.
