Recommended intake:
The recommended daily portion is two tablets twice daily (2 x 2). The tablets should be taken with a sufficient amount of liquid. The tablets can be broken along the break line for ease of swallowing. The break line is designed so that the tablet can be easily divided into approximately equal parts. Crushing the tablet is harmless and does not affect the absorption of the ingredients from the digestive tract. There are no other conditions for use. There is no limit to the duration of use.

The vitamin D3 used is not obtained from sheep’s wool fat but from lichens.

• Competitive athletes should not consume POPEYE® vegan muscle tablets, as the variety of vegetable spinach (Spinacea oleracea) used in the product is naturally rich in substances (ecdysteroids) that have been included in the World Anti-Doping Agency's (WADA) monitoring program (Hutterer C, German Journal of Sports Medicine 09/2019). These substances, or individual representatives of their component groups, may be included on the list of substances prohibited in sport.
• POPEYE® vegan muscle tablets should not be consumed during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
