KlauSan® Paste Dr. Schaette is traditionally used as a mild medicine to cover and disinfect claw wounds, as well as to strengthen and reinforce horn growth after claw injuries. The honey and larch resin it contains give the paste a slightly sticky texture, allowing it to adhere optimally to the injury and the ingredients to take effect. Depending on the location of the injury, a bandage can be applied.

Active ingredients:
Honey, larch turpentine, thick extract of echinacea herb (5:1), extraction agent: ethanol 70% (v/v).

Other ingredients:
White clay, propylene glycol.

For single use. KlauSan® Paste Dr. Schaette is applied to the cleansed, excised claw wound or injury. To close the wound, press a cotton ball into the wound and apply a pressure bandage with an elastic bandage.
