Application:

1 capsule 4 times a day with a meal

• 370 mg psyllium (Plantago ovata Forssk.)
• 40 mg apple pectin
• 35 mg mint (Mentha piperita) (mint powder)
• 18.75 mg vitamin C (calcium L-ascorbate)
• 7 mg flaxseed (Linum usitatissimum)
• 7 mg anise (Pimpinella anisum)
• 3 mg bromelain (from pineapple - Ananas comosus)
• 2 mg celery seeds (Apium graveolens)
• 2 mg Lactobacillus acidophilus (LA-14)

Notes:

Do not use in children under 12 years of age. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not use if you have gastrointestinal disorders. Do not use for a long period of time without consulting a doctor. Do not take together with other medicines. Excessive use may have a laxative effect.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions (rhinitis, bronchospasm, shortness of breath) may occur due to psyllium. Discontinue use if constipation persists. Bromelain can damage the intestinal wall if it is present in the intestine for a long time.

Interactions:

Do not take within 2 hours before or after taking cardiac glycosides, salicylates, coumarin derivatives and nitrofurantoin (due to phyllium seeds). Do not take at the same time as a mineral preparation.
